Return Policy

At All Terrain Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been installed, used, or modified
• Clearance or final sale items
• Custom or special-order products
• Electrical components that have been opened

How to Return

1. Contact us at admin@allterrainaccessories.com.au  with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number.
3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
