GSL Crank Case Breather/Catch Can
The primary purpose of the GSL Crank Case Breather is to reduce the crank case pressure while removing the oil from the gases before it leaves the tappet cover, which in return reduces the chance of EGR slime.
The GSL Crank Case Breather eliminates all the negatives of an aftermarket catch can such as;
Increased crank case pressure
Possible leaks
Cluttered engine bay
High maintenance / service intervals
GSL recommend to inspect the foam every 10,000km or six months (whichever comes first)
Please note that this is the Gen 2 Crank Case Breather, alterations have been made to suit the 200 series LandCruiser.
